In addition to the base fees, there will be a water consumption charge. The water is billed at a seasonal rate as follows: 

Standard Irrigation Rates (Unaudited)

Between November and June
Water is charged at $12.05 per 100 cubic feet of water used or every 748 gallons of water.

Between July and October
Water is charged at $12.50 per 100 cubic feet of water used or every 748 gallons of water.

Irrigation Rates (Audited)
Commercial (including homeowner's associations), Public Institutional and Industrial customers that have dedicated irrigation meters at their sites can participate in the District’s Irrigation Audit Program on a voluntary basis. (Note: This program is not open to single family residential customers.) To receive the “Irrigation with Audit” rate, customers must have their irrigation systems inspected and audited by a Certified Irrigation Auditor and meet minimum program entry requirements, maintain their systems, fix leaks promptly and remain within an annual water allowance in order to continue receiving the “Irrigation with Audit” rate. If you have been approved by the District for the "Irrigation with Audit" rate, your water rate is as follows:

Between July and October
Water is charged at $7.35 per 100 cubic feet of water used or every 748 gallons of water.
