We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your water account and pay your bill online with MySPWater™. The customer portal and mobile app are smarter ways to access your account and pay your bills. By registering at MySPWater.org you can make free, online bill payments and choose to have paperless billing. MySPWater also provides access to your water usage to help make more informed decisions. Automatic Payment Program
The District's automatic payment program option allows you to pay through an automatic deduction from your bank account. Sign up for automatic payment and your utility bill will be made on time, every time Autopay Form (Fillable PDF).

Pay by Phone
Pay your bill by phone with Discover, Mastercard or Visa debit cards or e-check, through Paymentus, our third-party vendor at 1.855.325.8896, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Bill Payer - Through your Financial Institution
You can arrange with your bank or financial institution to pay your bills from your account. Please note that it usually takes 5-7 days for payment to reach us.

For your convenience, we have two payment drop boxes located at the District office. One is located in front of the building for payments made during office hours. A second box is located outside of our gate for payments made after hours. 

Things you should know about paying your bill
Bills are due thirty days after they are sent out. In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 57.08.081, a 10% late fee will be applied to any delinquent account. Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District's Utility Billing Department is available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
